A recent poster to BiB asked me to write something up about the current “financial crisis”. Intrigued by his suggestion, I’ve began an outline of ideas that may very well turn into a post here. Stayed tuned…

A challenge to having meaningful discussion around this topic is that what actually happened vs. what is generally reported to have happened are two very different things – finance is complex and interwoven, and it takes some skill to find the straw in the needle stack.

And thus, I present to you a video that describes current banking, home ownership, and credit problems we are facing. Take the time and watch this a few times – it really needs to sink in well.

What I mean by the term, “business”

In order to have meaningful discourse on any subject that can be understood objectively, it is critical to have a defined lexicon of terms important to the discussion. If the purpose of communication is discussion and understanding, this is key to both logic and rhetoric (furthermore, it is a fundemental tenet of what has come to be known as, “Deep Satanism”). In my first attempt at real discourse, I will be defining the term “business” as it applies here. The goal of this is to broadly set the stage for the purpose of this blog. If I am successful in accomplishing this, I will stimulate your interest, further stroke my properly inflated ego, and rightly position myself to be lusted after by really hot Satanic women (important aside: naked pictures of beautiful women in email to me is strongly encouraged, is always welcome, and may very well be rewarded). Listen closely my friends, for the Pied Piper is about to start his tune.

Contrary to popular, “folk” vernacular, “business” is not (only) the exchange of currency for goods and services. For certain, this transaction is an important part of this. Here in the Boardroom, goblet in hand, legs spread widely as our gorgeously hot companion (or strikingly handsome, as the case may be) willingly swallows us to ecstasy, anticipating our chance to return the favor… sorry, got distracted there.

Anyways, we here use a different, more Satanic definition – “business” is defined as the creation, cultivation, and leveraging of mutually beneficial relationships and the successful, purposeful execution of tasks that are mutually beneficial to that alliance. More bluntly stated, business is the process by which the strong feed on the weak, the clever and cunning become the strong, and if the cleaver are thoughful enough, they remain clever while attaining that strength. It is nature, red in tooth and nail, with a “professional” veneer – the smile, the handshake, the business suit.

Brutal, but crushingly honest. This is not to say that these actions and relationships are done for purely exploitive purposes – only that there is no real altruism, and that when properly executed, one can do nothing but benefit from the transaction. This definition reflects the total acceptance that we’re all animals, but it doesn’t negate honor, integrity, and ethics (at least, not without consequence – responsibility to the responsible, always).

Thus endith the lesson. Time to get back to what’s going on under the table here in the Boardroom.
