In the spirit of my renewed drive to post things of value here more regularly, I present the first challenge to myself – a series of posts covering what I consider to be fundamental practices and approaches which lead to success as both a human animal and a Satanist. I have found that these practices provide the carnal foundation of a life worth living. These practices are not some New Age, Self-Help Guide for Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Heart Club Band, but rather, the foundation challenges this human animal uses to stay sharp and achieve my goals in life. These practices will serve any human animal, and not just those who share my own fetishes and proclivities. Though the details and priority will likely differ, they should come to no surprise to the Born Satanist.
I find it useful to break these practices into areas of interest, as the practice of taxonomy is a most powerful tool for clarification of thought. These areas, in order of importance, are:
- Physical
- Mental
- Emotional/Magical
- Creativity/Fetish Indulgence
- Relationships/Alliances
Posts are being written and edited that cover all of these areas.

As a somewhat self-aware human animal, I have found that the path of intentioned self evolution brings me the greatest pleasure in life. I challenge myself with ideals of excellence, always shaping and improving these ideals and goals based on both my experiences and the ever-present Balance Factor. In this spirit, I have deemed my last post somewhat lacking.
In truth, I have not posted here in a long time for two primary reasons: a lack of discipline and simply not making it a priority in my life. This would be acceptable to me if these posts had no value beyond my own vanity. These posts provide the opportunity for me to clarify and examine my own approach to life in a public forum. Doing so publically is a Working, a projection into the World, an act of magic that has proven quite powerful to me. Furthermore, these posts, composed in a right minded manner, encourages ego health, steering me both from counterproductive pride and self delusion. Finally, at the end of the day, it IS a lovely indulgence for me to write here – I do get off on it.
In many areas, those who are considered the best are actually those who practice the fundementals most perfectly and consistantly over time. These acts of discipline through practice provide the basis for greatness. It is my intention to make these posts that practice. So, I have committed myself to posting here more frequently, not on some artificial time schedule, but when I actually have something to say. Furthermore, I will respect these posts enough to take the time to properly edit them, the practice of which has always been a challenge for me.
Promises and declarations are empty – the proof remains in the pudding, so let’s see if my behavior matches my intentions. We are what we Do, not what we Say or Think or Feel. Spoken in another way, which has always resonated deeply with me – “We are our deeds”.
Thus endeth the Working.

Ladies, gentlemen, and other dregs and hangers on, I am taking the opportunity to poke my head out of the boardroom door and look around once again. It has been over a year since I last posted here, and many achievements in my life have come to pass. Business has picked up, budgets and head counts increased, and my path through this world has been further carved by my wits and work. How have you spent these precious minutes of your time?
I would gain great pleasure from posting here more frequently, but alas, when one is busy living life, talking about it becomes less important. For certain, this blog is but the most outer door, and festivities in the parlor within have continued uninterrupted for those deemed worthy of the invitation. Posts will come in time – perhaps their rarity will add to their value. Perhaps their rarity will encourage the hangers on to find someone else to live vicariously through. In any event, my life continues along this wonderful Left Hand Path.
Back to the Grand Indulgence.

The benefit to a busy life is it tends to prove a life worth living. The “Productive” alien elite, no?
I’ll be back around here soon enough.
